This board has a food safe finish that will ensure lasting protection; however, occasional maintenance with cutting boards (oils, wax, etc.) are recommended.
Most importantly, the board should be hand washed only, with soap and water then towel dry.
Do not soak board in water and avoid extreme temperatures or prolonged direct sun to prevent warping. Reapply wood conditioner/wax as needed.
